COVID-19 Reopening Information

Thank you to our vendors, friends, partners, and funders who have been patient and supportive during the coronavirus shut-down.  And a HUGE thank you to all of the essential workers, emergency personnel, healthcare workers, who have endured so much, yet stepped up to service the needs of our communities. As Western New York begins its reopening amidst the pandemic, we will continue to follow safe practices to protect the health and safety of all of our employees, stakeholders, and community members.

Our Office Hours will be By Appointment Only until further notice. Visitors should use the link below to complete an appointment request form below or contact our office at 716-969-7843. The request form can be completed online, and on mobile phones, and will automatically be directed to our staff for scheduling. Upon confirmation and just prior to the appointment, visitors are asked to complete a NYS mandatory screening form for COVID-19.  Facial masks and hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance, and we respectfully ask that visitors comply with their use while in our small office space. Surfaces and equipment are sanitized throughout the day and our offices are thoroughly cleaned every morning.

The Land Bank's current inventory is limited. If you are interested in seeing a property that is available, please reach out to your local realtor. Realtor offices will open under re-Phase II of the Reopening; you can schedule a walk-through directly with them.  We hope to acquire several properties in the Fall for our Sales 4 Rehab Program; until then please bear with us. We have several new programs this summer that will focus on neighborhood stabilization and improvements, and we look forward to partnering with community members for impactful outcomes.
