The purpose of the Land Bank Healthy Housing Rebate Program is to provide financial assistance to eligible Jamestown homeowner-occupants to address lead, mold or radon, sewer or water line, porch repairs. These repairs are intended to mitigate health or safety issues, especially for children and/or elders, and bring the home up to proper housing standards as defined by the current New York State and local municipality Building Code. Eligible applicants may receive up to $10,000.00 for various housing repairs. Repairs made before the application period, or before potential acceptance of the program will not be considered for reimbursement. Please note, That this program is a funding assistance program. The homeowner is responsible for contracting the work to be completed
